Ray Overby

Ray Overby is a Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Key Resources, Inc., (KRI Security), a software and security services firm specializing in mainframe security. An expert in mainframe security, risk, and compliance for IBM Z System environments, Ray heads the KRI technical team. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience with z Systems in both hands-on technical development and strategic roles, Ray’s multidimensional and solutions-driven approach assures he is highly valued by clients and third-party technology partners.

Cynthia Overby

Cynthia Overby
Co-founder and President

Cynthia Overby is a Co-founder and President at Key Resources, Inc.   An expert in mainframe compliance, risk management, governance, and cybersecurity business case development, she has served in leadership roles across a variety of industries for the past 30+ years.  In her current role, Overby identifies and shapes KRI’s strategic plan, leads the company’s product vision together with KRI’s CTO. She was recently elected to the SHARE board of directors for a 2 year term.

Lou Losee

Director of Security Services & Compliance Officer

Lou Losee is the Director of Security Services at Key Resources, Inc.  He has consultation experience in software development and certifying hardware and software products to national and international government standards. Lou has 30+ years of experience in the computer security field providing detailed system analysis, assessments, and penetration testing.  For 13 years, Mr. Losee was a principal consultant on the accelerated expansion of Common Criteria evaluations and FIPS 140-2 certifications for IBM’s z/OS multi-million-dollar product arena. This included guiding teams of evaluators and consultants as project leader and lead evaluator to achieve on-schedule and ahead of schedule performance for Common Criteria and FIPS 140-2 evaluations.
