Ray Overby is a co-founder and President of Key Resources, Inc., (KRI), a software development company specializing in the highly-demanding arena of mainframe information security; his special focus is developing next generation z/OS security products, as well as undertaking mainframe security projects and consultations to match organizations strategic business needs.
Ray has consulted with various government and multinational clients on information system security, enterprise security management and design, policy review, penetration testing, technical configuration evaluation, security procedures and disaster recovery/business continuity planning.
For the past 8 years, Mr. Overby has been providing security consulting services to Fortune 500 financial institutions focusing on comprehensive z/OS environment compliance audits and vulnerability management. Utilizing an interactive application security testing (IAST) based approach, he developed z/Assure VAP (Vulnerability Assessment Program), which is the firm’s first, in a series of 21st century z/OS security applications, that will be commercialized by KRI.
VP, OPERATIONS AND CO-FOUNDER
Cynthia Overby is a co-founder and VP of Operations for Key Resources, Inc., (KRI). Cynthia has 35 years of experience in planning, organizing, and directing the operational functions of many organizations. At KRI, Cynthia has focused on developing the operational infrastructure in support of the product development and commercialization of KRI’s business.
MANAGER OF TECHNICAL SERVICES
Kurt joined Key Resources, Inc. as Manager of Technical Services in 2009. He is responsible for KRI’s technical infrastructure and security. He also supports the Business Continuity and QA programs.
Kurt White has over 25 years of experience in the industry, beginning as an IBM Systems Programmer, and most recently as an Internet Services Provider business owner and software engineer. He has a broad base of technical expertise in Linux/Unix/Windows with advanced skills in network security and management. He has held a variety of programming positions with skills in HL computer languages, including advanced microcomputer assembly programming on a variety of platforms.
